Some biker humor...
A man appeared before St. Peter at the Pearly Gates.
"Have you ever done anything of particular merit?" St. Peter asked.
"Well, I can think of one thing," the man offered.
"On a trip to the Black Hills out in South Dakota, I came upon a gang of bikers, who were threatening a young woman. I directed them to leave her alone, but they wouldn't listen. So I approached the largest and most heavily tattooed biker and smacked him in his face, kicked his bike over, ripped out his nose ring, and threw it on the ground.
I yelled, "Now, back off .... Or the rest of you will get the same thing."
St. Peter was impressed, "When did this happen?"
"Just a couple of minutes ago."
Yep, you have a friend in Newport to perform your wedding ceremony!
As a nondenominational celebrant and fellow biker, I'm a believer in the freedom to view your wedding as a wonderful celebration of a very human experience: the choice to love one special person for all your days. I offer wedding services that are spiritual without being stuffy, ceremonies that allow you to tell that other person how your heart really feels, with humor if desired, with tenderness that you might've forgotten you have, and not as some ritual that has no meaning or relevance.
Unlike some wedding officiants who book up to 6 or 7 weddings in one day, I offer a more personal approach that doesn't make you feel as though you are on an assembly line. You are encouraged to personalize your ceremony to create something that may be fun, unique, and memorable, and if you are too busy picking bugs out of your teeth and don't have some for that, I have a ceremony just for bikers!
You'll find me to be a spiritual but human wedding officiant with a sense of humor, a sense for the romantic, a person who believes that choosing to love one special person deserves to be celebrated!
